Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
During product launches, sales, or holidays, processing may take a little longer—but we'll always do our best to get your order out as quickly as possible.
Shipping Time
Estimated delivery times:
- Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
- Other Locations: 4–8 business days
- Remote Areas: Delivery times may vary depending on the courier partner.

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated and displayed during checkout before your payment is completed.
From time to time, we may offer free shipping as part of promotions or on eligible orders.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email or SMS with your tracking details so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Delivery Delays
While we work with reliable courier partners, occasional delays can happen due to:
- Weather conditions
- Public holidays

- High shipping volumes
- Courier operational issues
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery information

Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate before placing your order.
Soft Launch cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
If your order has not yet been shipped, contact us immediately and we'll do our best to help update your address.
Failed Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners may attempt delivery multiple times.
If a package is returned to us because delivery could not be completed or the shipment was refused, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives visibly damaged, we recommend:
- Taking clear photos of the package before opening it.
- Recording an unedited unboxing video.
- Contacting us within 48 hours of delivery at [your email].
We'll review the issue in accordance with our Return & Replacement Policy.
International Shipping
At the moment, Soft Launch ships only within India.
If international shipping becomes available in the future, we'll update this page.
