Returns & Replacements
We hope you love what arrives at your doorstep. Every piece at Soft Launch is carefully selected, and because of that, all sales are considered final.
That said, if something arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, we'll make it right.
When can I request a replacement or refund?
We'll gladly review your request if your order:
- Arrived damaged
- Has a manufacturing defect
- Isn't the item you ordered
Unfortunately, we can't accept returns because you changed your mind, ordered the wrong item, or simply decided it wasn't for you.
How do I raise a request?
Just drop us an email at [your email] within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A brief explanation of the issue
- Clear photos of:
- the product
- the packaging
- the shipping label
- An unedited unboxing video (if available). It makes it much easier for us to verify what happened and resolve things quickly.
What happens next?
Our team will review your request and may ask for a little more information if needed.
If the claim is approved, we'll either:
- send you a replacement,
- issue a refund to your original payment method, or
- offer another suitable solution.
We'll always choose the option that gets things sorted out fairly and as quickly as possible.
A few things that aren't covered
We aren't able to accept returns or replacements for:
- Change of mind
- Wrong product ordered
- Products that have been used, worn, installed, or altered
- Minor colour or finish variations caused by screen settings or photography
- Damage caused after delivery due to misuse or improper handling
